must be in by 12-noon for same day delivery.

returned checks will incur a $25 returned check fee.
A credit card will be needed to reserve a service time or clients may prepay
with a cash or check to hold an appointment.
Group parties will be required to pay a 50% deposit on services to reserve
appointment times.
To receive full credit for a deposit, cancellations must be made *72 hours
in advance of scheduled appointment. *some services require more of an advance notice of cancellation,
if so, you will be notified of the cancellation time requirement when
booking the service.
To provide you with the best service and in respect to other clients, late
appointments will be accepted only up to 15 minutes from scheduled times. "Late" appointments
will be rescheduled if unable to work them in at time of arrival.
In respect to other SPA clients, children are not permitted in SPA areas
unless they are receiving services or accompaniment is approved by service
provider at time of booking the appointment.
