What is massage?
Massage is a form of alternative health care using the art
of touch. Hands, forearm, knuckles and sometimes elbows are
used to manipulate soft tissue by applying fixed or movable
pressure.

Swedish
Used to promote relaxation, improve circulation, increase
range of motion and relieve muscle tension.
Deep Tissue
Use of firm pressure to reach deeper layer of muscle. This
type of massage is used to treat muscle spasms, scar tissue
or chronic patterns of muscular tension.
Trigger Point Therapy
Trigger points are particularly sensitive nerve bundles compressed
by tense muscles that can send referred pain to areas of the
body far removed from the actually source. For example a headache
over the eyes can be relieved by releasing trigger points
in the neck and shoulder.
Reflexology
Based on the idea that the hands and feet correlate with the
rest of the body, deep pressure is applied to work on specific
organs and glands. Great for people who canıt tolerate full
body massage plus your and feet feel terrific when itıs over.
Prenatal
Used to relieve fluid retention, improve muscular tone and
minimize back and neck soreness that are associated with pregnancy.
Postnatal massage is quite beneficial as well to return the
body to its original state. It also helps with stress related
to having a new baby.
